- Escalate issues to management when necessary
- Share best practices and ideas to support the team
- Act with a safety-first mentality by prioritizing safety during all activities and escalating safety or security concerns immediately to management
- Know the food and products to deliver the best experience to customers
- Be willing to deliver food by foot or other means (car, bike, etc)
Requirements
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to routinely lift 50 lbs without assistance
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
- Must love food, especially sandwiches
- Must enjoy learning and be willing to do things a different way
- Must love dogs, food, and people
- Ability to work independently and take appropriate action using sound judgment
- Ability to work as part of a team and work well with others
- Must be coachable and able to apply the coaching in a reasonable amount of time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment for extended periods of time
- Must be clean and organized

- Schedule: No late nights, close at 8 pm; big rushes followed by downtime to prep
- Shifts available: 9-5, 10-8:30, 11-9, 4-9, 5-9
- Hours of operation: Monday-Saturday: 11am-8pm; Sunday: 11am-7pm (subject to change)
- Employment type: full-time or part-time
