About This Role

This entry-level role supports the culinary team by preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring kitchen readiness for service. It provides the foundation for developing cooking skills and gaining exposure to a professional kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and chef instructions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep stations, coolers, and storage areas
• Label, date, and properly store food items to maintain freshness and safety
• Assist cooks and chefs during service by providing prepped ingredients and basic tasks
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements

• Basic knife skills and knowledge of food handling
• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Food Handler’s Certification (or ability to obtain)

Nice to have:

• 1+ year previous kitchen experience
