About This Role

Working in a dynamic restaurant environment, the Cook prepares dishes according to brand standards and ensures the quality and freshness of ingredients. This role suits a committed individual with a passion for cooking who pays attention to every detail in their preparations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu dishes according to brand recipes, portions, and standards
• Perform mise en place for the assigned station
• Control the quality, freshness, and rotation of ingredients
• Maintain the cleanliness, order, and hygiene of the station and kitchen equipment
• Comply with food handling and kitchen safety regulations
• Coordinate with the kitchen and dining room team to ensure timely dish delivery

Requirements

• Experience as a cook or kitchen assistant (desirable in restaurants or chains)
• Availability to work rotating shifts (opening, intermediate, and closing)
• Availability to work night shifts and overtime
• Responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork
