About This Role

Creating food with passion, providing service with heart, and maintaining an inviting ambiance with pride are the core responsibilities of this role. As a Cook, you will be a key leader in the kitchen, embracing a central role in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
• Prepare all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
• Guide the Kitchen Team and assist with their training
• Perform all Back of House responsibilities

Requirements

• Some high school education
• Prefer some Operations experience
• Food Safety: Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense

Important Details

• Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours, reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches, work in hot and noisy kitchen environments, use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment, work quickly without losing accuracy, have effective verbal communication skills, adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities, and manage conflicts/difficult situations
