Your tasks:
- Preparation and cooking of all dishes while adhering to hygiene regulations and internal standards
- Quality control of ingredients and dishes
- Representing the head chef in their absence
What you bring:
- Successfully completed vocational training as a cook
- Experience in large-scale kitchens (senior catering) desirable
- Knowledge of HACCP and hygiene knowledge according to § 43 (proof)
- Good PC skills, especially MS Word and Excel
- Motivation for ongoing professional development
- Friendly and respectful manner when dealing with residents and relatives
