Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist

About This Role

This role involves boosting the growth of top eCommerce brands through conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and high-converting landing pages. The specialist will partner with direct-to-consumer (DTC) and eCommerce brands to deliver measurable improvements in their online performance.

Responsibilities

• Run CRO audits: quantitative, qualitative, heuristic, funnel, and competitor analyses
• Turn data into hypotheses and a prioritized testing roadmap
• Plan, launch, and analyze A/B tests
• Structure landing page and website builds
• Coordinate design and development, and give final approval before launch
• Report results and insights to clients

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on CRO experience for eCommerce/DTC brands
• Experience with Shopify, GA4, heatmaps, and survey tools
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools like Convert, Varify, or Intelligems
• Track record building or optimizing landing pages and funnels: sales pages, listicles, advertorials
• Ability to explain why a test won or lost, not just that it did
• High ownership and clear communication
