Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly creative and conversion-focused Copywriter & Script Strategist who can transform product concepts, founder ideas, and consumer insights into compelling content that drives engagement, trust, and revenue.
The ideal candidate should understand storytelling, consumer psychology, performance marketing, and short-form content creation. This role requires someone who can simplify health and wellness concepts into powerful, easy-to-understand messaging across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write high-converting scripts for reels, founder-led videos, YouTube content, and ad campaigns
- Develop compelling landing pages, website copy, product descriptions, emails, and ad creatives
- Create engaging storytelling frameworks and strong content hooks
- Translate complex health/wellness concepts into simple consumer-friendly communication
- Research audience behavior, customer reviews, competitor messaging, and market trends
- Collaborate with Growth, Creative, Product, and Research teams to build impactful campaigns
- Use AI tools like GPT/Claude to enhance content creation and ideation
- Optimize messaging for engagement, conversions, and brand positioning
Required Skills:
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
- Experience in script writing and short-form content
- Understanding of conversion psychology and consumer behavior
- Ability to create compelling hooks and marketing narratives
- Experience in D2C, wellness, healthcare, or consumer brands preferred
- Familiarity with AI writing tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
- Excellent communication and creative thinking abilities
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience working with founder-led or D2C brands
- Passion for health, wellness, storytelling, and digital content
- Strong understanding of social media trends and performance content
- Ability to blend creativity with conversion-focused thinking
