Responsibilities and more:
We are looking for a strategic, high-caliber Controller to join our leadership team. In this pivotal executive role, you will take full ownership of our accounting and financial reporting functions, protect the integrity of our financial data, and mentor our growing finance team. If you are a Director-level finance professional who thrives on operational excellence and loves turning financial data into strategic insights, we want you at the table.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and approve the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing reports.
- Ensure absolute timeliness, accuracy, and transparency in financial reporting.
- Oversee daily cash flow management.
- Oversee payroll processing.
- Oversee overall corporate compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and scale the finance and accounting team.
- Foster a culture of high performance and development.
- Provide critical financial insights and forecasts to the leadership team to drive business growth and strategic decision-making.
Non-Negotiables:
- Proven track record of at least 2 years with Director-level experience managing, mentoring, and scaling a finance team.
- Extensive hands-on experience supervising and signing off on full-cycle financial closing reports.
- Proven capability in managing high-stakes daily cash flow, payroll systems, and core financial controls.
