Key Responsibilities For The Controller
- Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, fixed assets, and month-end close
- Lead financial reporting, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and management reporting
- Coordinate annual audits, tax reporting, and regulatory compliance activities
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, inventory accounting, and cost analysis processes
- Strengthen internal controls, improve financial processes, and support strategic business initiatives
Qualifications For The Controller
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and manufacturing accounting principles
- Advanced proficiency with ERP systems, Excel, and financial reporting tools
