Key Responsibilities For The Controller
- Lead month-end close and financial reporting across 30+ entities
- Manage treasury operations including intercompany transactions and banking structures
- Oversee general ledger activity, reconciliations, and accuracy of financial statements
- Identify and implement process improvements across accounting and finance functions
- Provide hands-on support to alleviate back-office workload and improve efficiency
Qualifications For The Controller
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 8+ years of Controller experience in a multi-entity environment (no step-ups)
- Strong expertise in intercompany transactions and treasury operations
- Experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems
- Proven track record of stability and tenure in prior roles
