Control Room Operator

About This Role

This night-shift role involves performing front-line production processes within the manufacturing team, focusing on adding value and quality to raw materials to create high-quality final products. The operator will gain skills and experience in operating machinery and equipment, and packaging the final product.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all safety processes and insist on safety practices of self and others
• Show up on time, complete tasks by deadlines, and adapt to changes quickly
• Multi-task and keep up with production demands in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure all quality standards and standard operating procedures are followed during the production process
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
• Collaborate and follow the instructions of Leads and Management to accomplish daily work assignments
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• 1 year or more of work experience in any industry
• Basic computer and math skills
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions in English
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and always respectful

Nice to have:

• 1+ year of manufacturing work experience
• Machine operation and/or forklift experience

• Schedule: 3rd Shift (11:00 PM to 7:30 AM), weekends/overtime/holidays as needed
