We are looking for a Technical Assessment Coordinator to support our Technical Assessment Group (TAG) within a life sciences/CRO environment. This role will be responsible for managing incoming RFPs and technical requests, coordinating workload assignments, tracking deliverables and timelines, and supporting team metrics and KPI reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a life science discipline such as Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or Pharmaceutical Sciences, along with experience in a scientific, laboratory, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO setting. Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and prioritization skills are essential. Experience with RFPs/proposals, bioanalytical services, workflow coordination, or operational reporting is a plus.
