Contract Tech Transactions Attorney

We are seeking an experienced in-house Technology Transactions Attorney for a contract engagement supporting a large corporate client headquartered in Buckhead. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence 1–2 days per week, with the remainder of work performed remotely. The engagement is expected to run for approximately six weeks, from the end of August through the first week of October.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of technology-related commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements, sales contracts, and vendor contracts
• Handle heavy redlining and negotiation of technology transactions with customers, vendors, and partners
• Advise internal stakeholders on data privacy considerations, including compliance with HIPAA and other applicable privacy laws
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business, procurement, and compliance teams to support deal execution
• Manage a fast-paced contract pipeline with efficiency and sound legal judgment

Qualifications

• J.D. and active bar membership in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of technology transactions experience, with substantial hands-on experience in SaaS agreements
• Working knowledge of privacy laws, including HIPAA
• Strong drafting, redlining, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of contracts under deadline pressure
• Availability to work onsite in Buckhead 1–2 days per week for the duration of the engagement
