About This Role
This Contract Manager role at Adda is key to developing the healthcare and pharmaceuticals category group, with an initial focus on welfare technology, a rapidly growing area that significantly impacts municipalities and regions. You will combine strategy, business acumen, and relationship building to maximize the benefits of framework agreements. The category is expanding with new contract areas and services, offering an opportunity to drive development rather than just follow it.
Responsibilities
- Own the category plan and drive category management with the team, focusing on customer benefit, sustainability, and business efficiency
- Contribute market and customer knowledge throughout the procurement process, from budget and goal management to follow-up, in close collaboration with purchasers and colleagues
- Monitor the market, identify business opportunities, and build relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to create impactful offerings
- Manage contracts, gradually encompassing more contract areas within the category group
- Contribute to the role's development and influence its future direction and content
Requirements
- Several years of experience in category work or strategic purchasing within the category's contract areas
- Good knowledge of the public sector and procurement processes
- Strong business and analytical skills, driving development based on customer needs, market, and goals
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Experience with digital systems and tools for analysis and follow-up
Relevant work experience is valued more than a specific educational background.
Nice to have:
- Experience with welfare technology, e-health, or other digital solutions within the public sector
- Interest in digitalization and experience in developing digital working methods or solutions that create increased value for customers and operations
- Knowledge of the conditions for municipalities and regions in healthcare and social care
