This role is for a Contract Manager to join the AES Clean Energy EPC Business Services Team, focusing on ensuring a successful contract strategy for utility-scale renewable projects from development through to operations. The manager will guide the development and implementation of contract documents in construction RFPs and negotiate these with EPC contractor partners, as well as handle dispute prevention and resolution of contractual claims. This position reports to the Senior Director of Execution Strategy.
