About the role
It's more than a job As an IT Expert, you will join our dynamic Contract Logistics IT team, where you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our logistics systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, quality testing, business analysis, and driving process improvements across various implementation and operational support activities.
How you create impact
- Implementation and support of EDI integrations between customer systems, WMS, and Blue Yonder.
- Integration, configuration, and operational support, ensuring system stability.
- Troubleshooting, solution design, and issue resolution for Contract Logistics IT, WMS, and Blue Yonder environments.
- Reviewing and optimization of existing Contract Logistics and operational processes, leveraging new WMS and Blue Yonder functionalities.
- Release go-live hypercare support (operations, customers, IT, integration testing, and shadowing).
- Configuration and maintenance of test and production environments.
- User training, documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous learning with a focus on Blue Yonder expertise.
- Ensure compliance with quality, information security, environment, occupational health and safety, and emergency team member responsibilities when needed.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Logistics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in working with WMS Blue Yonder
- Proficient in MS Office applications and general PC skills.
- Basic knowledge of Web Services and sFTP for file transfers.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Besides Turkish, a very good command of written and spoken English.
- Commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
