About The Role
- We are seeking experienced Contract Specialists to support an AI training initiative focused on commercial agreements and legal documentation. In this remote contract role, you will draft, review, and develop practical legal documents that will help improve next-generation AI systems. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review commercial agreements and contract templates.
- Prepare high-quality legal documents for real-world business scenarios.
- Develop agreements such as MSAs, Lease Agreements, IP Licensing, Marketing Agreements, and Licensing Agreements.
- Ensure contracts comply with current legal standards and industry best practices.
- Review legal language for clarity, accuracy, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate remotely while delivering high-quality documentation within project timelines.
Requirements
- Experience in commercial contract drafting and legal document review.
- Strong knowledge of MSAs, Lease Agreements, IP Licensing, Marketing Agreements, and Commercial Contracts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and legal compliance.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with legal operations or legal technology is an advantage.
