Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Contract Attorney to work on a contract basis. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, licenses, and other legal agreements. Candidates must have experience in contract law and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks in contracts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align contracts with business objectives.
• Provide clear and concise legal advice on contract-related matters.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract law.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
