About the Job:
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about compliance? We are looking for an experienced Construction Contract Administrator. In this role, you will assist the Head of Compliance with managing contracts, insurance, and other compliance-related duties within the construction industry. This position requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with insurance applications, renewals, and policy reviews
- Request Certificates of Insurance and coordinate contract signatures
- Manage and track licenses (CSLB and City/County Business Licenses)
- Coordinate and manage awarded contracts, subcontracts, and negotiations
- Apply attorney markups and communicate contract requirements
- Process bonds (Payment & Performance, Miscellaneous) and enroll in programs
- Prepare RFP/Bid packages and coordinate prequalification requirements
- Provide notary services and other administrative support as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid California Driver’s License
