This role is well suited to an ambitious professional seeking to drive enterprise-wide transformation through Lean leadership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. The role blends hands-on project leadership with strategic influence. As an Operational Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Lean/Continuous Improvement specialists and driving operational excellence by deploying Lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methods, and structured problem-solving across the site, specifically within the Formulation areas.
Bachelor
Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or operational excellence roles
Experience in a leadership or people management role
Demonstrated experience in Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and project/program management
Strong leadership and change management capabilities
Proven ability to influence at all levels with excellent communication and presentation skills
Willingness to travel up to 10% to other site locations
