Continuous Improvement Manager

About This Role

This role involves leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment. The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for owning the ESCO Operating System (EOS) and driving improvements in customer satisfaction and operational and financial performance. This position sets the pace and standards for improving safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and people results.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, govern, and sustain EOS: tiered daily management boards, KPI architecture/dashboards, visual management, Kaizen, maturity assessments, and roadmap execution
• Lead cost productivity initiatives; build and manage the savings pipeline; partner with Finance to validate P&L impact
• Standardize KPI definitions, protect data integrity, and drive countermeasures aligned from daily boards through MBRs
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects using Lean/Six Sigma tools (DMAIC, VSM, 5S, Standard Work, line balancing)
• Build problem-solving capability and influence leaders without formal authority

Requirements

• Bachelor
• Lean Sigma training/certification (or equivalent)
• 7+ years manufacturing/operations experience
• 3+ years CI/OE experience
