This role shapes how content is planned, structured, and organized across public-facing websites and applications, ensuring users can find, understand, and act on information efficiently. The Content Strategist / Information Architect guides content strategy across its full lifecycle, from audience research and planning through development, ongoing management, governance, and publishing. This position also contributes information-architecture expertise to usability testing, content governance, and search discoverability.
