Content Reviewer - Hindi Market

About This Role

This role focuses on improving product quality and user experience through direct support interactions and scalable operational solutions. The Content Quality Reviewer will review a range of digital content and advertisements against established advertising policies and community standards, supporting quality measurement, AI oversight, and insights into policy enforcement. The ideal candidate is analytical, resourceful, and collaborative, with strong communication skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity, work independently, and adapt to new challenges.

Content exposure notice: This role may involve reviewing potentially graphic, offensive, or disturbing material, including graphic violence, child exploitation, self-injury, animal abuse, and derogatory language across images, videos, audio, and written content.

Responsibilities

• Review digital content and advertisements to assess compliance with established community standards and advertising policies
• Identify market-specific trends and insights, developing recommendations to improve platform integrity and safety outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve policies, processes, and review tools
• Work with external operations teams to ensure feedback reaches relevant stakeholders and track the effectiveness of corrective actions
• Develop and share subject-matter expertise across online safety, abuse prevention, and account support
• Contribute to projects that improve the effectiveness, consistency, and efficiency of content quality review operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent practical experience
• Fluency in English & French
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and collaborate effectively across teams
• A proactive approach to identifying issues, communicating insights, and recommending improvements
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to apply policies consistently when reviewing complex content
