About the role
Summary
We are looking for detail-oriented Content Reviewers to join our Trust & Safety team. In this role, you will help create a safer digital environment by reviewing online content across various platforms. This is a back-office position with no direct customer interaction, offering structured workflows and clear guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate online content including text, images, videos, and accounts
- Identify and escalate policy violations using internal tools
- Follow strict quality and productivity targets
- Manage daily workload and prioritize tasks effectively
- Support multiple workflows and adapt to different content types
- Participate in team discussions and share insights when needed
Requirements
- Fluency in English and target language
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (content moderation, customer support, or data review)
- Strong attention to detail and resilience to sensitive content
- Basic computer skills and ability to follow guidelines
- EU citizenship and valid passport required
