Content Quality Reviewer - ENMY

About This Role

This role focuses on ensuring content meets quality standards for grammar, clarity, tone, accuracy, and readability. The Content Quality Reviewer will review, edit, and refine written content across various formats. It suits a detail-oriented individual with strong English language skills and a passion for writing.

Responsibilities

• Review, edit, and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, readability, and an appropriate tone
• Identify and correct grammatical, spelling, punctuation, formatting, and language errors
• Ensure content is clear, concise, consistent, and aligned with the intended message and target audience
• Evaluate content quality and recommend improvements to enhance readability and overall effectiveness
• Maintain editorial, language, and formatting standards across all content
• Apply strong attention to detail to ensure consistency, accuracy, and high-quality deliverables
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by supporting content quality and editorial best practices

Requirements

• Strong command of the English language, with excellent written communication skills
• Ability to review and refine content for tone, accuracy, and readability
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Excellent grammar, spelling, punctuation, and attention to detail

Nice to have:

• Background in Literature, Creative Writing, Copywriting, Journalism, Communications, or related fields
• Experience in content creation, storytelling, or social media writing

Benefits

• Shift Allowance: RM200 or RM400, depending on the assigned shift
• Overtime compensation according to the standard overtime (OT) pay rate for on-call support

Important Details

• Contract duration: 12 months
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, rotational shifts: 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. | 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. | 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. | 1:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. | 4:30 p.m. – 1:30 a.m. | 8:00 p.m. – 5:00 a.m. | 10:30 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.
