About This Role
This role involves developing content strategies, planning engaging content, recording content within the company, and coordinating with employees to showcase the company's people, culture, services, and expertise across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be comfortable both planning and executing content, working with employees, and ensuring a consistent online presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement content strategies aligned with TechMatched’s branding, services, and business goals
- Create and manage a monthly content calendar, including content ideas, formats, deadlines, and publishing schedules
- Record engaging videos, reels, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content featuring employees and company activities
- Coordinate with employees across departments, assign content creation tasks, and guide them on recording and sharing relevant content
- Create content briefs, video scripts, captions, and creative ideas for social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok
- Collaborate with designers and video editors to ensure content is produced, reviewed, and published on time
- Monitor content performance, including reach, views, engagement, and audience growth, and suggest improvements based on results
Requirements
- Experience in content creation, social media management, content marketing, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of content strategy and social media trends
- Ability to plan and manage a monthly content calendar
- Confidence in recording videos, conducting interviews, and coordinating on-camera content
- Strong communication and coordination skills, particularly when working with employees across different departments
- Good writing skills for captions, scripts, and content briefs
- Organized, creative, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms is an advantage
