Content Manager

About This Role

This role is for a Content Manager who will lead a team of Social Media Specialists, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of content for multiple client accounts. The position suits a candidate who excels at team leadership, content strategy, and client communication for personal brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Social Media Specialists across multiple client accounts
• Guide content ideas, copywriting, scripting, and creative development
• Own quality control, scheduling, and posting on every calendar; hit every deadline
• Train Specialists in film direction, copy, scripting, brainstorming, and internal processes
• Track, analyze, and report performance, and show each client the value delivered
• Run client communication on approvals and strategy; step in on urgent content
• Build AI into the team's research and drafting so output rises without quality dropping

Requirements

• Experience managing social campaigns and teams
• Strong copywriting, content creation, and creative direction
• Organized across multiple clients at once
• Familiar with info products, high-ticket offers, webinars, and communities
• Fluent in Hootsuite, Later or Buffer, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, GoHighLevel, Google Sheets, Slack, and Monday.com
• AI-forward: uses ChatGPT, Claude, or similar daily and can train others to do the same
