About This Role
This role is for a Content Manager to transform medical science into clear, engaging, and appealing content, thereby strengthening trust in the Iderma Capilar brand. The position suits a creative individual with strong storytelling abilities and sensitivity in communicating health, aesthetic, and wellness topics.
Responsibilities
- Create and develop educational, aspirational, and testimonial content for social media, aligned with the brand's identity and voice
- Write copy, captions, and scripts for organic content
- Propose content ideas and concepts according to communication objectives
- Analyze publication metrics and results to identify improvement opportunities
- Adjust narrative and content formats based on performance
- Coordinate with audiovisual and design teams to ensure visual and narrative coherence
- Maintain responsible, clear, and empathetic communication when addressing topics related to health and medical treatments
Requirements
- Education in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media content creation and management
- Desirable experience in health, aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or premium brand sectors
- Proficiency in copywriting and storytelling
- Ability to transform technical information into understandable and engaging content
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence tools applied to content creation, such as ChatGPT, Jasper, or others
- Knowledge of metrics and reading results in Meta Business Suite
- Portfolio of own work is essential

Important Details
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm
