About This Role
This role is for a professional content creator specializing in photographic and video content for social media, working with two restaurants and a hotel in the Sanremo and Santo Stefano al Mare area. The ideal candidate will have a strong aesthetic sense, creativity, and proven experience in creating content for restaurants, capable of independently conceiving and producing high-quality material that enhances dishes, environments, people, and guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Create professional photographs of dishes, preparations, environments, and details
- Produce vertical videos and Reels for Instagram and Facebook
- Film during service, in the kitchen and dining room, capturing the atmosphere of the venues
- Create content dedicated to the hotel and its services
- Develop creative formats and content consistent with the identity of each business
- Perform photographic post-production and video editing
- Organize periodic shooting sessions at the facilities
- Collaborate with the marketing manager to plan content based on campaigns and seasonality
Requirements
- Documentable professional experience in creating content for restaurants. It is essential to have previously worked for catering businesses
- Mandatory portfolio with photographs and videos actually created for restaurants, preferably published on their social media channels
- Availability for an external collaboration regulated by contract, with terms and compensation to be agreed upon
Nice to have:
- Excellent knowledge of food photography and lighting techniques
- Ability to create dynamic, well-curated Reels suitable for social media
- Experience in the hotel and hospitality sector
- Proficiency in major photo and video editing tools
- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines and briefs
