Content Creator - Account Manager

About This Role

This role is for a Content Creator with an Account Manager profile, joining Cess Agency, a marketing agency specializing in aesthetic medicine. You will manage organic Instagram communication for assigned doctors, ensuring content reflects their professional identity and aligns with strategy, while also coaching them to achieve 20 to 50 new patients in 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the doctor's organic Instagram: content, branding, presence, and strategic coherence
• Hold a bi-weekly 30-minute meeting with each client: review progress, assign tasks, and unblock obstacles to results
• Provide constant support via WhatsApp: answer questions, give feedback, and keep the client moving forward
• Optimize the doctor's sales process: review lead responses, provide closing tips, and improve conversion from inquiries to patients
• Coordinate with the trafficker and editor to ensure each client has what they need on time
• Identify and quickly resolve bottlenecks before they become problems
• Monitor key metrics and report client status to the team

Requirements

• Proven experience in Community Management and/or content creation (minimum 2 years)
• Good written and verbal communication: you will speak with doctors daily
• Knowledge of the digital business world and social media
• Results-oriented mindset: it's not enough to "talk to the client"; client progress is what matters
• Full-time availability (8 hours daily), with flexibility to respond to specific urgencies
• Own computer, stable internet connection, and work tools (Canva Pro, AI tools, etc.) - essential
• Ability to start this month
• Reside in CABA or surroundings (GBA) - essential
• Long-term commitment - we are looking for someone to stay at least 2-3 years

Nice to have:

• Experience in sales or client support, and knowledge of the health/aesthetics sector
