About the role
We are seeking a Content Analytics Manager to lead content performance analytics across our eCommerce business, with an initial focus on Amazon and the opportunity to expand across additional retail partners as the capability grows.
Pay Range: $40-45/hr.
Location : 100% Remote

This role serves as the primary analytics partner to the Content organization, helping measure the impact of product detail page (PDP) enhancements, uncover optimization opportunities, and translate performance data into actionable recommendations that improve discoverability, conversion, and overall digital shelf performance.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with deep knowledge of Amazon content strategy and eCommerce analytics. They are comfortable building scalable reporting, analyzing large datasets, and partnering cross-functionally to drive data-informed content decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead content performance analytics for Amazon PDPs, establishing scalable measurement frameworks to evaluate the impact of content enhancements.
- Analyze content performance across key metrics including traffic, conversion, sales, search visibility, keyword rankings, and digital shelf health.
- Build and maintain executive dashboards and reporting using Power BI and advanced Excel, developing scalable KPI reporting across brands and categories.
- Identify trends, optimization opportunities, and competitive insights to improve content strategy and customer engagement.
- Partner closely with Content, Sales, Marketing, TMS, and Analytics teams throughout the content lifecycle—from planning and deployment through performance measurement.
- Support keyword strategy, content optimization initiatives, innovation launches, customer review analytics, and emerging AI search and digital commerce initiatives.
- Present clear, data-driven recommendations to executive and cross-functional stakeholders while standardizing reporting methodologies and measurement practices.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce Analytics, with significant experience supporting Amazon.
- Strong understanding of Amazon PDP optimization, digital shelf analytics, and content performance metrics.
- Advanced expertise in Power BI , Excel , and data modeling, with experience building scalable dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Experience analyzing large datasets and translating complex data into actionable business insights.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central from both a sales and content perspective.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Content, Brand, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present analytical findings to both technical and executive audiences.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Stackline, Profitero, Pacvue, Salsify, Helium 10, or similar eCommerce analytics and PIM platforms.
- Knowledge of AI Search, Amazon Rufus, digital shelf optimization, and emerging AI commerce technologies.
- Experience supporting content testing, optimization, and keyword strategy.
