What you’ll do
As a Container Recycling Sorter, you’ll be at the heart of operations—right on the floor where materials take shape. Your day-to-day:
- To safely and efficiently perform sorting, grading and placement of recycled materials in their appropriate areas according to the specific Departments’ requirements and production standards.
- Perform other duties as laid out by the Department Lead Hand e.g. housekeeping, equipment and yard cleaning, Schaeffer washing, snow removal, assisting truck drivers.
- Perform occasional groundskeeping when needed (light gardening once a month).
- Support the team and pitch in on various tasks as needed
