About the role
We are seeking a Technical Director, ServiceNow Consulting & Transformation to lead client implementations, oversee multiple workstreams, and provide strategic architectural guidance aligned with business goals.
Key responsibilities include
- Leading end-to-end ServiceNow projects from planning to post-implementation support
- Mentoring teams and clients on platform operations, upgrades, and development
- Staying current with ServiceNow platform enhancements and engaging with decision-makers to develop project roadmaps
- Driving business development activities, including proposal development and cross-selling services
- Managing engagements within financial policies and fostering continuous team learning
- Maintaining customer relationships and leveraging internal capabilities for comprehensive solutions
- Upholding high standards of professionalism and integrity
Qualifications include
- Minimum eight years of recent ServiceNow technology consulting experience
- Experience leading multiple ServiceNow projects ensuring strategic alignment
- Relevant bachelor’s degree; certifications such as ServiceNow CSA or CTA are preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Ability to travel as needed and authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
