Role: Technical Director, ServiceNow Consulting & Transformation, leading ServiceNow client implementations and strategic architectural vision.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-workstream ServiceNow projects from planning to post-implementation support.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to teams and clients on ServiceNow operations and upgrades.
- Stay current with platform enhancements and engage with decision-makers to ensure alignment with client goals.
- Drive business development activities, including proposal development and solution management.
- Manage engagements financially, oversee team performance, and promote continuous improvement.
- Maintain key client relationships and leverage firm-wide resources for integrated solutions.
- Uphold integrity and professionalism in all activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum eight years of recent experience in ServiceNow technology consulting and project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Preferred ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CTA.
- Proven success leading five or more ServiceNow projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
