You grow quickly by actively participating in large transformation programs. You:
- support the translation of strategy into implementation within large-scale change processes;
- assist in drafting project plans, roadmaps, and deliverables;
- prepare workshops and facilitate them together with experienced colleagues;
- monitor dependencies, risks, progress, and value creation as part of the Program Management Office (PMO) in large change projects;
- collaborate in multidisciplinary teams from Deloitte and our partners.
You can develop in various directions within our team. Think about shaping transformation and board-level advice, translating strategy into concrete program delivery, or increasing program efficiency through automation. This way, you can focus on where you want to make the most impact.

In addition, as a Consultant Major Programs, you bring the following:
- a university degree and 2–3 years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management (e.g., through consultancy, traineeships, or project roles);
- certifications such as SAFe, PRINCE2, MSP, P3O, or IPMA (preferred, not a must);
- experience in multidisciplinary teams within a dynamic project environment;
- excellent command of Dutch and English.

You work closely with colleagues from various disciplines within Deloitte, so we can provide complete, integrated, and future-proof solutions. You contribute to complex and strategic assignments with visible impact. You are at the heart of the transformation of organizations and are part of a close-knit, active, and ambitious team where collaboration and fun are central.
