Consultant, Operations - Procurement

About This Role

Supporting the development and implementation of innovative procurement strategies to drive value for clients is at the core of this role. The Consultant in Operations will conduct in-depth analyses of procurement processes, offering strategic insights to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness while collaborating closely with client teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of innovative procurement strategies to drive value for clients.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of procurement processes, offering strategic insights to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with client teams to deliver impactful solutions in procurement and operations.
• Communicate insights effectively, ensuring alignment with procurement objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Serve as a key contributor in procurement-related projects, applying your expertise to enhance operational performance and maximize client impact.

Requirements

• Approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience in Operations, particularly in the area of procurement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in working with clients across various industries, helping them tackle their most difficult challenges and create sustainable value.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in team settings and interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent oral and written language skills in German and English (C1 level each).
