About This Role
This consulting role helps clients successfully master complex transformation projects, focusing on digital and IT-supported changes. It suits a curious individual with a passion for digital future topics, ready to take responsibility and contribute fresh ideas within a team of experts.
Responsibilities
- Accompany clients in the DACH region on central digital and IT-supported transformation projects
- Advise on project management (PMO), process and change management, and the introduction of new working methods and innovative approaches
- Actively participate in internal projects to continuously improve grandega and its service offerings
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree, e.g., in economics, business informatics, or a comparable field
- At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in management consulting, project management, or supporting transformation projects
- Enthusiasm for digital transformation topics and strong IT affinity
- Analytical thinking, structured working methods, and the ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new topics
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, confident demeanor, and a proactive "hands-on" mentality
- Business fluent German and English
- Willingness to travel as is customary in consulting

- Schedule: full-time
- Contract: permanent employment
- Work format: one fixed day per week in the Eschborn office for team collaboration, plus client project travel; home office is possible
- Locations: 65760 Eschborn, with travel to clients in the DACH region
