About This Role
This role involves driving the digitalization and automation of business processes for clients, specifically focusing on municipal utilities and public companies. It is suitable for a consultant who can analyze client needs, implement solutions using modern technologies, and lead projects in digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and advise customers regarding automation potential in their business processes
- Develop and implement solutions with RPA, AI, and low-code platforms for process automation
- Support customers in selecting and introducing suitable automation tools and technologies
- Lead and implement developed projects for automating selected business processes
- Collaborate closely with internal and external teams for successful project implementation
- Support colleagues in support to identify optimization potential
- Document processes, projects, systems, and solutions, and train customers in using developed automation solutions
- Monitor current trends and technologies in process automation and integrate them into existing systems
Requirements
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable education
- Experience in programming (e.g., with RPA tools, AI frameworks, or low-code platforms)
- Interest in innovative automation technologies and further development in this area
- Initial practical experience in implementing RPA, AI, or low-code projects is an advantage
- Independent, solution-oriented working style and good analytical skills
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork and customer consulting
- Possibly experience in the energy industry and energy sector processes within a municipal utility
- Class B driving license
