About the role
工作职责：
1、战略理解：深入理解公司战略目标与业务发展需求，树立长远发展观，致力于价值输出；
2、行业洞察：关注市场环境变化，研究行业发展动态与趋势，剖析客户业务需求与痛点；
3、项目咨询：领导或参与客户需求调研，问题诊断和咨询方案设计全流程（包括数字化转型咨询、业务流程管理咨询、IT规划咨询、供应链管理咨询等）；
4、售前支持：参与客户项目调研，理解与整理客户需求，输出项目解决方案并进行演示；
5、知识管理：提炼和总结与项目相关的知识（如各行业代表性客户案例），参与知识库管理。
任职要求：
1、优秀的逻辑思维及沟通表达能力，能清晰准确地传达信息，建立良好的沟通；
2、2年以上甲乙方数字化转型项目经验，有内外资数字化转型咨询公司工作经验者优先；
3、熟悉TOGAF方法论，4A架构与实施路径；
4、形象谈吐优，有亲和力，有志于在咨询领域长期发展。
