Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• Bachelors degree in business, engineering, economics, information systems, or related field
• 2+ years of consulting and/or industry experience in pricing, commercial excellence, revenue management, or sales transformation
• Hands-on experience with Pricefx in implementation, configuration, or business process design
• Understanding of pricing processes including price setting, discounting, approvals, rebates, and margin analysis
• Experience working with large datasets and translating insights into business recommendations
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a team-based, client-facing environment and manage multiple workstreams
• Willingness to travel based on client and business needs

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• Experience with B2B pricing transformation programs
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Exposure to pricing analytics, CPQ, quote-to-cash, or commercial operations processes
• Experience in Agile delivery environments
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and requirements documentation skills
• Prior experience in consulting, especially in customer, sales, or service transformation programs

Education:

• BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
