About This Role
This role is for an experienced construction supervisor who will oversee medium-density construction projects from start to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to high standards, while managing relationships with trades, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Supervise medium-density construction projects from start to completion
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain quality and progress
- Manage day-to-day site activities, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and building standards
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and support successful project outcomes
- Provide regular reporting on project progress and performance
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience supervising medium-density or townhouse developments
- Strong understanding of Australian building regulations, WHS requirements, and quality assurance processes
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, timeframes, and budgets
- Experience establishing and maintaining productive trade and subcontractor relationships
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organization, time management, and administration skills
- Confidence using technology and construction management systems
- Current White Card
- Valid driver's licence
