Salary: $130,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Details
- Oversee daily jobsite operations, safety, quality, and schedule execution
- Coordinate subcontractors and internal self-perform crews
- Read and interpret plans with a strong focus on renovation sequencing
- Experience with rehab, restoration, or tenant improvement projects preferred
- Maintain site logistics, inspections, and milestone tracking
