Construction Superintendent

This role is for a Project Superintendent on a Federal Construction Project. It suits someone who takes ownership, trusts their instincts for safety, and strives to finish projects on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of field operations
• Create and manage project schedule
• Coordination of subcontracts, drawings, and specifications
• Establish budgets and control cost
• Identify the causes of cost variances and eliminate negative variances
• Identify project risk, and work to mitigate it
• Communicate quality standards to each subcontractor and vendor
• Conduct systematic quality control inspections
• Follow company safety program, laws, and OSHA operating standards
• Manage jobsite cleanliness
• Prepare daily time cards for personnel under supervision
• Prepare daily logs

Requirements

• High School diploma
• 6+ years of experience

Nice to have:

• Basic computer skills
