Construction Site Manager - Residential Facilities

About This Role

This construction site manager role involves working with many stakeholders to oversee project progress and quality. You will coordinate with partner companies and workers to manage the four key areas of construction: process, quality, safety, and cost. This position is ideal for someone who wants to transfer to a new site quickly and work in a stable environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with partner companies and craftspeople, including identifying on-site issues and optimizing work times and locations
• Arrange and manage materials and equipment, including a double-check system to prevent ordering errors and delivery date management
• Manage costs, including monitoring cost progress based on actual results against the contract amount
• Negotiate with various parties, including smooth communication and coordination with local residents and administrative offices
• Manage quality, including implementing checklists to prevent and promptly correct construction errors
• Manage safety, including providing guidance and instruction tailored to each worker's risk awareness
• Manage processes, including flexibly reconfiguring schedules for sudden changes, weather, and equipment delays

Requirements

• Experience in construction site management in the construction industry (no qualifications required)

Important Details

• Schedule: 8:00 to 17:00 (1 hour break), average overtime of 10 hours or less per month
• Holidays: 120-130 days per year
