About This Role
This night-shift post on the cardiac ward pairs patient care with mentoring new nurses. This role offers an opportunity to leverage your experience in construction site management and further advance your career. You will be entrusted with construction site management duties across a diverse range of projects, including condominiums, commercial facilities, and warehouses. You can start with tasks that best match your experience and skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the construction site (process, safety, quality, cost)
- Perform surveying and completed work management
- Hold meetings with various construction contractors
- Take and organize construction photos
- Create various documents
Requirements
- Class 1 Construction Site Management Engineer / Class 2 Construction Site Management Engineer
- Practical experience in construction site management
- Must be under 65 years old (due to retirement age)
Nice to have:
- Young experienced individuals aiming to acquire qualifications (carpenters, plasterers, painters, plumbers, interior decorators, exterior workers, electricians, and other construction and civil engineering industry professionals) are also welcome.
