About This Role
This night-shift post on the cardiac ward pairs patient care with mentoring new nurses.
Responsibilities
- Manage construction for new factory projects
- Oversee safety, quality, and scheduling
- Manage photographic records
- Prepare documents
- Revise construction drawings
Requirements
- At least 1 year of industry experience (site supervisor, foreman, or worker)
- CAD skills (Jw_cad)
Nice to have:
- Class 1 or 2 Architect
- Class 1 or 2 Architectural Construction Management Engineer
- Class 1 or 2 Architectural Construction Management Engineer Assistant
- Experience from general contractors or local construction companies
- Desire to further improve skills

Important Details
- Schedule: 8:00-17:00, 8 hours actual work, 60-minute break
- Days off: 2 days per week (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) based on company calendar

- Special leave: congratulatory, bereavement, childcare, nursing care
- Contract: long-term
