About This Role
This role involves overseeing the construction of asphalt paving and bridge waterproofing projects. You will manage safety and progress at road paving construction sites, and perform simple data entry tasks using a computer. It suits a candidate with experience in construction site management.

Requirements
- Age: 18-64 years (due to mandatory retirement age and prohibition of late-night work for minors)
- Required license: Semi-medium-sized driver's license

- Experience, knowledge, and skills in construction site management
- Experience driving a medium-sized or large vehicle
- Level 2 Civil Engineering Construction Management Engineer qualification
- Level 2 Construction Machine Operation Engineer qualification

- Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Specifics on working hours: Night work available (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM); working hours may vary depending on the site
- Average monthly overtime: 30 hours
- Special clause for 36 agreement: Yes (up to 80 hours per month, 720 hours per year, 6 times a year when there is a significant increase in orders and tight deadlines)
- Break time: 60 minutes
