The client is looking for experienced Project Managers to lead complex construction, infrastructure, or technology-enabled development projects. The successful candidate will oversee planning, execution, budgeting, scheduling, and successful delivery while ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Lead cross-functional project teams.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Track project progress and resolve issues proactively.
- Manage project risks and mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Prepare executive-level project status reports.
- Oversee change management and contract administration.
- Deliver projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline.
- 7–15 years of project management experience.
- Experience managing large commercial or infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Experience using Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
