As part of further growth, a construction manager for turnkey construction is being sought, who can independently manage projects and can be deployed at one of the locations in Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Munich, Karlsruhe, or Mannheim.
Your Tasks
- Independent management of turnkey building projects
- Coordination and control of all subcontractors and project participants
- Ensuring compliance with cost, schedule, and quality specifications
- Monitoring the construction process and conducting construction meetings
- Participation in awards, acceptance, and change management
Your Profile
- Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in construction management in turnkey construction
- Sound knowledge of the VOB as well as in the construction process and project coordination
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and confident appearance towards project participants
