Construction Manager for Sprinkler Systems

About This Role

This role involves managing construction sites and installing sprinkler and gas extinguishing systems. The position suits an experienced construction manager with a background in pipeline construction, plumbing, or heating, who can lead personnel and manage projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction sites
• Install sprinkler and gas extinguishing technology
• Maintain the construction log in accordance with the assembly management
• Be responsible for personnel deployment and work specifications in coordination with the assembly management
• Be responsible for material disposition and checking deliveries, meeting deadlines, and ensuring compliance with regulations and implementation of occupational safety and health measures
• Conduct quality control of the execution and corresponding documentation
• Coordinate with other trades and participate in construction meetings

Requirements

• Successfully completed training as an industrial mechanic in pipeline construction, plumbing, or heating, or comparable qualification
• Many years of experience in sprinkler system construction
• Ability to work independently and lead personnel
• Class B car driving license
• Willingness to travel and assemble
• High degree of personal responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking, and action
• Team spirit, flexibility, assertiveness, confident demeanor, and social competence
